Enola, PA (October 26, 2004) – Cinemagic management, employees and their families helped break ground on a new studio which will serve as the company's design, production, and management facilities.
Located at 2215 Millennium Way in Enola, Pennsylvania the facility is situated in the newly developed Pyramid Business Park. Millennium Way is located just off Valley Road which is at the Wertzville Road interchange of Interstate 81. The location will provide easy access for Cinemagic’s clients.
The building was designed by the architecture firm ByDESIGN and is being built by Pyramid Construction LLC. Set against a backdrop of a wooded tree-line, the studio will feature an all masonry exterior along with a stone portico. The front of the studio includes a grand view of the Blue Mountain and an elevated perspective of the business park. Unique to the design, will be a pitched roof which is not visible from the front or sides of the building. Construction is expected to be completed in March 2005. "We have been looking for a more permanent home with a design to fit the specific characteristics and style of our business,” says Louise Hanley, Executive Vice President. "The new studio has been space-planned to meet our current needs and will easily expand with our business." Other businesses and organizations within the Pyramid Business park include MPS RX, Daewood Engineering, the Law Offices of Shollenberger & Januzzi, Linsco/Private Ledger, and the United Way of Central Pennsylvania. The building will feature a suite of executive and sales offices, as well as and multiple conference and work rooms. A multi-purpose production center will allow the company to modify and adapt this space to suit various multimedia projects. A Creative Center will allow Cinemagic design and production staff to brainstorm ideas and discuss concepts.
